Δεν ζυγίζεται ποτέ, δεν μετράει τις θερμίδες, τρώει ισορροπημένα με αρκετές ατασθαλίες μέσα στο μήνα, αλλά όταν τρώει ένα γεύμα πλούσιο σε θερμίδες και λιπαρά, την επόμενη ημέρα κάνει διπλή προπόνηση.

My husband made me giggle when he took the swimwear pic... he said "should I lay down to make you look longer and leaner" I said " you're not a swimsuit illustrated photographer, it's just you and me in the back garden. If you make any more comments like that you'll be laying 6ft under"🤣🤣 Easy styling from the pool to motorbike riding through the hills in the afternoon. 🛵 It's just a matter of throwing on a skort over your swimsuit and you're good to go. Don't forget to smile everyone 🥰

We spent a lovely day at a 5 star beach front resort here in Bali. There must have only been another 10 people. At the moment you can come here for the day, full use of facilities, delicious lunch, beer or drink for a tiny $6_USD Normally if you want to stay in this hotel it starts at $280USD per night. You can stay here now for 1 month for $600USD. The beaches are still closed here but at least we were close. We also had a delicious lunch, read and fell asleep under a palm tree. You might notice I'm always laughing or smiling in my pics and that is because my husband always says the most hilarious things to make me laugh. Today as I was posing he said "last time I saw legs like that they had a jockey on it"🤣🤣🤣 I tell you it's not an easy gig. I will show you how tomorrow by adding 1 item and a belt I was restaurant ready. This sheer top was a thrifted item last week for $1USD. Have a great start to the week and make it the week where you move your body. It's a challenge folks.

Cheers to a new exciting week with many of of my Insta friends venturing out to restaurants and kids back to school. Just chilling at home here in Bali and enjoying every moment. I think I was a bit heavy handed filling my wine glass but at least I can say I only had one glass. 🤣🤣🥂
